3D volume milling
3D milling can be performed on MDF, wood, model plastic, caprolon and other polymeric materials. This technology gives an amazingly accurate result, with the help of CNC machine literally reproduces a whole masterpiece from a piece of workpiece, and the author's idea becomes a reality. The application of 3D milling is different, it's like making all kinds of dies for further casting of products and components, as well as manufacturing of finished products. For example, in 3D wood milling (solid wood or glued furniture board) we get almost finished model of interior, signboard or other decoration, which remains to sand and apply protective coating.
